Highly recommend the crew at GenTech and specifically James, he took the time to explain everything to me step by step and walk me through my options, honestly his customer service is excellent and was the reason I chose them over their competitors in Canberra. They actually care and want you to genuinely happy and excited to drive your newly modified car. Even though my package was the standard 3” full system tune and intake they always do, they still gave me all the time in the world. Super happy how my VF SSV turned out it’s night and day better. They also identified some potentially serious issues with my car and gave me the option to fix them while they had the car. Highly highly recommend them and I will be back for sure.

I dropped in to Gentech on the way out of Mitchell yesterday to discuss an issue with my fuel gage and recalibration. Marcus was kind enough to look at it on the spot and then resolve the issue with his gadgets. At the same time he upgraded the software.Thankyou for the prompt and professional service.PS. I've booked in next week for another issue I need fixed. I recommend these guys.

Brought my car in to Marcus here for a tune, they diagnosed some issues and made me some big power.My XR8 now makes 400+ rear wheel kilowatts!Very attentive and kind staff, explained everything and kept in contact when necessary. Finished when expected and couldn't be happier with the results and the service I received.5 stars! Will definitely be coming back!
